Why a Kangaroo Bag?

Newborn kangarooe are tiny and weak. Their length is 2 cm. In their mother's bag, they calmly develop and grow. The kids themselves climb into the bag and start sucking milk. They stay there until they get nine pounds. The vital role of bags for kangaroos and other mammals in this series gave reason to call them marsupials.
