What is the frequency of sound?

Some sounds, such as cracking the brake during a sudden stop, are very high. Others, for example, drum sound, are very low. their difference in the frequency of oscillations of the sound wave. If the waves follow one another very quickly, then this is a high frequency of oscillations and a high sound is generated. If the intervals between the waves are large, then the frequency is low, and therefore the sound is also low. Low-frequency oscillation is 20Hz (Hertz is the number of oscillations per second). High frequency oscillations - 20000Hz.
