White gold is found ... in mud

Rice feeds the world, and for this it is called white gold. Billions of people eat rice every day, especially in Asia. Grain of rice is a grass seed that grows in valleys of the year. To get a rice crop, peasants planted young plants in water-filled fields. On sloping mountain slopes, the terraces are cut and the muddy soil is poured into the water that comes through the canals.
