What is a government?

Government members are people who run the country's affairs. They issue laws that govern all spheres of life in the state - from schools and hospitals to enterprises and organizations. The countries where the people choose their government are called democratic. In the general election, each person indicates in the ballot the name of the candidate he supports. These bulletins collect and count who has won. Some countries do not hold elections because there is only one political party. The person who manages such a country is called a dictator.
