Who lived on the Great Plain?

Tribes of Indians - Indigenous Americans such as Siu ( Dakota ) and Shayne . The whole summer and autumn they traveled on a huge Great plain covered with grass, moving around for herds of buffaloes, whose meat was eating and from whose skins they made clothes, masonry tents. In winter, hunters beat the camp in gorges or forests protected from the winds. Before the emergence in Europe of Europeans who brought horses with them, the Indians of the Great Plain overcame vast distances on foot. Wild horse on this continent died out about 10 thousand years ago.
