Who participated in the Flight Wars?

Desperate and cruel Aztec soldiers armed with bows, arrows, knives and batons. In the 15th-16th centuries the Aztecs waged war against neighboring tribes, called the War of Flowers. The Aztecs believed that the blood of the enemies enriched the earth and contributed to the growth of flowers and cereals. They did not kill the enemies in battle, but they took them captive, they carved their hearts and sacrificed them to the gods.
